There are no easy decisions at Noodletasia. Not only is the menu longer than a fresh ramen noodle, but it boasts an impossibly tempting mix of both Chinese and Japanese cuisine, including ramen. At first glance, an order of sa cha-style chicken and veggies in spicy barbecue sauce seems like an obvious choice. But then there's also the chef's specialties, crispy duck and black-pepper steak among them. The presence of sushi chefs certainly doesn't make the choices any easier. The team prepares an inventive menu of fresh sushi rolls such as the Salmon Dream with avocado crunch and black tobiko. Whatever guests decide to order, they can pair it with a thoughtful selection of appetizers and eat it while sitting in chairs.
