Once upon a time, small towns of America had not just town halls and town squares, but also town whistles. A blast from this whistle at noon meant it was time for everyone to take a break. Today, most people know they need a break when their fingers fuse to their keyboards, but the tradition continues at Noon Whistle Brewing. There, starting at noon every day, visitors can stop by for a break and a beer.
Really, Noon Whistle offers more than that. On their own, the beers could draw a crowd; they range from a hop forward hazy IPA to "Fuzzy Smack" a peach sour. The founding trio, lifelong friends Jim, Mike, and Paul, have made their taproom-slash-brewery into a fun entertainment space that can have you playing one of the varies pinball games or simply sipping a beer while watching the brew team hard at work.
