My code didn't work and they charged me the full price for an entire order. I emailed the company immediately and still haven't heard back from them.

The company is not customer friendly. I had to call regarding my order and could only leave a message. I called 3 times. Once they called they said they were having issues with groupon voucher. After a few days they still charge my credit card full price. I'm still disputing the charge now.
