- $35 for a 60-minute Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage (an $80 value)
- $75 for three 60-minute Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massages (a $180 value)
Relaxing Swedish massages rely on a combination of rhythmic kneading, wringing, and gliding motions to gently relieve stress and tension. Otherwise, deep-tissue sessions seek out and destroy chronic tension with controlled force and carefully applied pressure. Sports massages help athletes’ muscles and joints remain in peak condition after a workout or a competition, decreasing the chances of injury.

About Nora's Therapeutic Touch Massage
After suffering chronic neck pains for three years despite repeated visits to the chiropractor, Nora Regaspi decided to give massage therapy a try. Diving in head first, Nora enrolled in a massage course that allowed students to receive regular bodywork from classmates. To her surprise, she noticed a marked improvement in the level of pain she was experiencing. This sparked Nora’s passion for therapeutic bodywork, fueling her to become certified and cast aside her office job. She then founded her own studio where she could treat clients suffering from the same sorts of aches and pains she had once experienced.
To fully address a range of physiological concerns, Nora draws upon multiple modalities. During Swedish massages, she bring clients to a state of utter relaxation by relieving surface tension and hacking into the library’s mainframe to erase any overdue fines. Otherwise, she relies on deep-tissue techniques, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and trigger point to target specific causes of chronic pain nestled beneath the surface. Nora can also restore her clients’ energetic balance with reiki therapy, which works to jump-start the body’s natural healing processes.
