HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTH AMERICAN DUCT CLEANER Initially, I purchased a Groupon for Statewide Duct Cleaning who gave me the run around for two months, then they lied and said they completed the service when in fact they never came out I was refunded by Groupon for that fraudulent service So I looked on Groupon and found North American Duct Cleaner who came out the same day I called them the job was bigger than what they thought and promised to come back the next day they did and they (Authur) was great WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTH AMERICAN DUCT CLEANER

The groupon was misleading and they told us it was unusable with our system unless we wanted to pay ~$300 more dollars. I would not recommend this company's groupon, total waste of $30!

Over all the work was as expected, really don't have any complaints about the work itself, I'm just not happy with the fact that it was agreed that the company was not going to post the check if I did the services they day they came, until the following week (they charged me about $600 in a total... no where near the $39 paid for the Groupon) but they posted it within the next couple of days and it caused my account to incur over the limit fees for other checks and bills that was already posted... I COULD HAVE WAITED THE FOLLOWING WEEK FOR THE SERVICES, DIDNT NEED TO BE DONE THAT DAY.

refuse to do what they offer at Grounpon, want you spend lots of money to clean whole house clean, if you don't want to, then they just left without do anything , it was terrible
