About North Training Academy

North Training Academy is a school dedicated to teaching Muay Thai and Boxing to not only adults but kids starting as young as 4 years old. We have programs for everyone. From beginners to fighters or even just for people that want to get into shape or loose weight. NTA is a co-ed school but also offer a women's only classes. This is a school where you can come train with fighters.. train like a fighter, get into fighter shape. Gain self confidence, get active, learn some self defense. The academy is open 7 days a week.. from early morning classes to night time classes.

Boxing muay Thai martial arts has a way of not only changing someone's body but help change their lives. Teaching self discipline, perseverance and reaching ones personal goals. What started 12 years ago as a way of getting into shape turned into a dream and now a way of life for Kru Maria. After years of training,competing learning the arts she has turned what was a hobby into her career. This sport has changed my life and gave it meaning. With hard work put into my training not only by me but my coach I was able to travel and fight all over. It was not my intention to make this my full time job I was just following a dream. It gave me something positive to do with my life and inspire other people to do the same.

Hearing someone come into the gym and saying they can't do something seeing them excel way beyond what they thought they could do. Seeing someone reach their goals, loose weight and gain confidence.

Helping train someone for their first fight and watching them put in the work. Having them compete in front of their family and having not only them but their parents thanking you for changing their childs life. Having a parent thank us because their child that felt like the odd one in school and now no longer feels like that because they have more confidence. Seeing a woman come in wanting to loose weight and get fit but have fun at the same time. seeing them working hard and reaching their goals
