$12 for Two Adult Passes to the Cleveland Garlic Festival (Up to $24 Value)

This Groupon admits two adults to the festival at Shaker Square on both Saturday, September 8, and Sunday, September 9.

Sponsored by the North Union Farmers’ Market, the Cleveland Garlic Festival marks the waning of summer with a celebration of delicious local food and several culinary activities. Local vendors, including farmers, artists, and chefs, sell garlic-themed food, baked goods, drinks, and art. Garlic lovers will find several varieties, from onion-flavored elephant garlic to hot georgian fire garlic. Activities range from a two-day grill-off competition, the Miss Garlic parade, and a kids’ area with cooking classes, rock climbing, and play equipment. Throughout the weekend, a total of 14 bands will rock the festival, from Skerik’s Bandalabra on Saturday to headliners Rubblebucket on Sunday.

North Union Farmers’ Market

The North Union Farmers Market began in 1995 as a small market—back then, more than 500 hungry customers shopped the stalls of only six local farmers. Today, the market coordinates eight certified-producer farmers’ markets around Cleveland, allowing farmers to sell their products—from fresh, seasonal produce to meat, syrup, eggs, and dairy—directly to residents. The planet-friendly concept reduces the energy used for transportation and maximizes the freshness of the food. The North Union Farmers’ Market also sponsors the annual Cleveland Garlic Festival.

Customer Reviews

Great event and price! Parking is a little tricky but doable.

I really enjoyed the Garlic festival & was able to bring an out-of-town friend this year. I personally would have enjoyed more 'free samples' but maybe I just didn't check out enough of them.
