My sessions with Atavis have been great. He's been good at showing me all the techniques and after only 3 sessions I'm definitely feeling them. Sessions have only been 30 minutes but I've certainly been getting the most out of my time.
Atavis is a awesome trainer.i bought the groupon in search of a trainer specifically.
After the 1st session I knew he was the person I needed to get back into training after 2 yrs out of the gym. I’m in my early 50s and working with him has pushed me back into great health
He helps with your diet n knows where to start from the first few sessions and listens to ur goals to modify ur training
