Outdoor boot-camp classes incorporate strength training, cardio, and plyometrics exercises. Students should bring a yoga mat or a thick towel for ground work, dumbbells, and a bottle of water. Early Birds Bootcamp
Jeremy White knows that early birds get the worm. In the case of Early Birds Bootcamp, that worm represents healthy bodies and svelte figures. That's why White and his early-bird fitness fanatics meet in an empty parking lot near the crack of dawn, assembling exercise mats, resistance bands, and jump ropes to help them sweat, run, and plank their way toward wellness. While he leads his students through each circuit, Jeremy draws on five years of personal-training experience and certification from the American Aerobic Association International. A basketball player for most of his life, he also spent some time playing professionally in Mumbai, India. Now his passion for helping others reach their fitness goals overflows with support and motivation, which is a necessity at such an early hour, since that's when the setting moon does most of its heckling.
