About Northwest Dance Network
At the nonprofit Northwest Dance Network, the instructors are committed to teaching students how to move with determination and grace in a variety of dance styles, from swing to the waltz. They hold sessions at the Swedish Cultural Center, welcoming fledgling dancers to come solo and find a partner in class or to bring a partner. Their beginners classes introduce dancers to the basics of movement and steps, while intermediate and specialty classes focus on variation riffs and more specialized and challenging routines. To give students the opportunity to impress their peers with their new moves, they host dance nights with music by live bands.
