It was a good introduction to kayaking. One thing I would suggest is telling people who may live outside Oregon City to leave plenty of time for travel. The freeways can get clogged if you are trying to make the 5 pm time slot. Also we were not shown how to use the foot pegs in our kayaks. It would have made controlling the kayak much easier.

What You'll Get

Kayaking is a workout that surrounds you with nature, like chopping down a tree or escaping from a coffin. Look alive with this Groupon.

$24 a 90-Minute Willamette Falls Kayak Tour ($49 Value)

Meeting at Clackamette Park, guides furnish kayakers of any skill level with all the equipment they'll need to enjoy their tour. After smoothly launching into the Willamette River, the narrated tour heads upstream. Paddlers drink in the sights as they pass both man- and nature-made architecture such as bridges and rock walls, eventually reaching the base of Willamette Falls-one of the largest natural waterfalls in the country.
