Northwestern University's baseball team has rocketed home runs out of Rocky Miller Park since it first opened in 1943. The park was overhauled in 1983, when an electronic scoreboard was installed to save stadium staff the trouble of etching every game's score and stats in large marble slabs. Today, players, coaches and fans are eagerly anticipating the opening of the new Rocky & Berenice Miller Park scheduled to be ready in spring of 2016.
