Norwood Custom Glass’s owner, Stan Sabick, an expert glass crafter with 30 years of experience, presides over classes for translucent art-lovers of all skill levels. During each two-hour Fused Object D'Art class, students create and decorate 4-inch glass tiles with designs of their choosing, from a cluster of swirls to a life-size depiction of a giraffe horn. When the workshop adjourns, students take home one-of-a-kind objects that can function as coasters, paperweights, or standalone objets d'art.
