Pat was great-- his appreciation for pottery and philosophy blend together perfectly. Im a fan of the cinnamon tea they serve, how sweet! I would just reccommend that some of the other staff learn a bit of patience when dealing with newbies. Remember its not always what you say, but how you say it and undoubtedly you will have more return customers if they feel like their being treated with respect, patience and appreciation. All the best to you!
