About NOUFLEX LLC

Every Nouflex exercise class, held at Tony Williams Dance Studio, starts from one piece of equipment: the Nouflex itself. A specially designed wooden board accompanied by several sets of resistance bands, the Nouflex lets you carry out more than 200 exercises, meaning that trainers can get creative and no two workouts will ever be the same. In the process, you'll get a full-body workout, bolstering your cardiovascular health while simultaneously boosting strength and flexibility. And all exercises are low-impact, minimizing the risk of a strain or sprain as you work.
