The Hibachi and Sake Festival guides taste buds through a tableside tour of cuisine from the Land of the Rising Sun. Amid the thrum of chatter, music, and chopsticks' renditions of "Hot Cross Buns," guests are treated to buffet-style appetizers prepared by Otani's chefs. The three-course edible journey sets sail with appetizers such as gyoza, edamame, and tempura, and for the main course, diners choose between Japanese fare prepared with chicken, shrimp, calamari, or steak, including filet mignon. Each dish is cooked to palette-pleasing status through the traditional method of grilling on the hot surface of gleaming samurai sword. The evening concludes with a delectable addendum of rainbow sherbet.
