We follow that up with an incredible green tea exfoliator to help us eliminate dead skin-cells and invite space for new healthy skin. After a short pause, we extract all impurities and follow with a facial mask customized to your skin type and concerns

Cancellation Policy

Our policy is designed out of respect to other guests and their appointments, in addition to our employees who rely on Nova Spa to manage their time and energy.

At Nova Spa, we seek to create the best experience possible. We kindly ask that ALL cancellations MUST be made 24hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than a 24hour notice will result in your credit card being charged 100% of the service fee. The 100% service fee charge will be made available to you in the form of a spa credit which will expire 3 months from the date of issue.

Failure to show-up for your appointment without any advanced notification of cancellation will result in a charge and you will not be issued a spa credit.

A re-scheduled appointment with a cancellation notice of less than 24hours will revoke the spa credit entirely.

All clients are limited to a ONE-TIME use of our spa credit benefit, after that you will simply be charged 100% of the service fee…we will NO LONGER issue a spa credit to you.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so we can provide you with the full experience and maximum relaxation that you rightfully deserve.

Gratuity.

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your spa treatment, but is greatly appreciated by your therapist or aesthetician. If you enjoyed your experience, it is customary to leave gratuity based on the value of the treatment received. Please leave gratuity in the form of cash – we provide designated gratuity envelopes at the reception desk.

For Spalebrations, 18% gratuity will automatically be added to each service.
