Scott is professional, the space is very relaxing, parking is easy. The massage was good, I would just like way more pressure even for my relaxation massage. He's very knowledgeable on pressure points and knows how to deal with knots.One thing that I will point out that I really appreciate is that he does not talk all the way through the massage. I've been to many masseuse where they talk during the entire massage and that's not very relaxing to me. I don't mind small amount of conversation but not during my entire time. I've been to 11 different masseurs so I have comparison on service.

Novi Spa takes more of a clinical approach to massage therapy. Whether we are providing a relaxation/therapeutic massage, or a medical massage, we are observing and evaluating each of our patients/clients for the best plan of action to assist in reaching their wellness goals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
"The inspiration to begin the Novi Spa concept was from the wonderful patients that I came in contact with during my 17 years of direct patient care. I realized how massage could assist the medical staff in the healing process and what it did for the body and mind during their plan of care."
What do you love most about your job?
I am able to observe and "listen" to each patient/client, treat them in a relaxing and calming environment and I am able to see results as they progress in the treatments or plan of care that is provided. The care for each individual that comes through our door is what I love the most!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Each compliment, comment or concern is no better than the other; the voice of each individual that has been treated by our clinic allows us only to become better at our skill and what we offer to our clients! The best feedback is observing the satisfaction our clients have after our treatments!
