So I can bring my eyeglasses in and you match my power. With a new lense and frames for $49 dollars? ThankYou

Steve M.  asked on  Jan 28, 2013

Sorry for the delay! You would need to bring in the actual prescription rather than your current eyeglasses. If you do not have a current prescription, examinations can be done in-store for an additional fee.

The Groupon is not a flat rate of $49 for a pair of prescription glasses. Instead, the $49 Groupon provides you with a $200 credit. You will pick the frames and prescription lenses of your choice, and $200 will be deducted from the bill. You will need to pay any difference over $200. Prices vary, but frames start at $99+ and single-vision lenses start at $124+.

Q: this deal just for the frames and then we have to buy the lenses, or is this for both. don't want to find out at visit the lenses are like $400 but frames are $49

Sorry for the confusion. The Groupon is not a flat rate of $49 for a pair of prescription glasses. Instead, the Groupon costs $49 and provides you with a $200 credit to be used toward a complete pair of prescription lenses and frames. You will pick out your lenses and frames, and $200 will be deducted from the total bill. If your glasses bill exceeds $200, you will need to pay the difference. Prices vary depending on the frames and lenses you choose.

Can you use this in conjunction with insurance. Also can you use it toward no line bi-foculs and pay the difference

Jeanne F.  asked on  Jan 25, 2013

As stated in the fine print, this Groupon is not valid with insurance. The Groupon will be applied to your total bill and you would be responsible for the difference.
