I wanted to share what an absolute jewel Nora is. She did an outstanding job. I love my new lips, I can't tell you what an amazing person she is and how beautiful she is inside and out. I was blessed by her. Thank you, Nora. Love everything about my lips. The color is great. She was so professional and caring the entire time.

I had a wonderful experience at Voya Hair Salon and Keratin Bar! I had my eyebrows microbladed and a lip blush and lip liner tattoo done in one session. Nora is professional, friendly, and thorough. She was detailed in her explanations and properly prepared me for the session. My eyebrows are perfect (she made sure of it) and, even though my bottom lip was stubborn and resisted the tinting, she did not give up until my lip finally soaked in the dye. My lips look wonderful (and will look even better once the swelling from the tattooing goes down). Nora is sweet as can be (I enjoyed chit chatting with her while she worked) and she tries her best for perfection. She is a true artist and I highly recommend visiting her salon.

I was greeted immediately by Nora. Very welcoming. I was nervous at first. But her knowledge and communication with me put me at ease. During the whole appointment, she was very attentive to the level of pain. Which was minimal if any. I am so so very pleased with the eyebrows and the eyeliner. I would definitely recommend all my friends to go to her. Thank you so much, Nora fabulous job!!!!
