After a car accident left Carol with several herniated disks in her neck and upper spine, doctors advised not to seek massage or chiropractic treatment. Instead, she solicited a reiki master to ease her pain. Since then, Carol has continued relying on alternative therapies for her health, many of which she practices on her own patients at NRGize with Carol. Her reiki sessions soothe bodies with 45 to 60 minutes of hands-on bodywork, and her chakra-balancing treatments harness the energies found in essential oils and colored rocks to help visitors overcome issues such as anxiety, procrastination, and blocked creativity. Essential oils also becalm spines during raindrop therapies and enhance moods during aromatherapies. Along with her in-studio work, Carol's clearing sessions enrich the energies in homes and offices more effectively than replacing all family members and coworkers with potted plants.
