In both Basic Training and the more advanced Renegade boot-camp classes, instructors lead routines that incorporate battle ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, sledgehammers, tires, and TRX Suspension Trainers for full-body workouts. Aside from toning their frames and losing weight, students learn proper technique, boost their agility and quickness, and strengthen their cardiovascular systems.
Classes meet on the following schedule:
- Basic Training:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30 a.m.
- Mondays through Thursdays at 5:45 p.m.
- Mondays through Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.
- Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.
Without the crowds and distractions of a standard gym, clients at NuLevel Training can focus entirely on fitness. Nationally certified trainers Dawn Christley and Will Mann tailor workout plans to their clients' goals, but they know that exercise isn't all it takes to get in shape. That's why they also provide nutrition and lifestyle advice, and, most of all, motivation to power clients through it all.
