Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

What tools are included in the deal?

Linda B.  asked on  Jan 21, 2013

A:

Thanks for the question, and sorry for the confusion! The Groupon is not a set price for a specific product. Instead, the Groupon costs $15 and provides you with a $115 credit to spend on the NuMe website.

You can order the hair styling tools of your choice from their website, and the Groupon will take $115 off of your bill. You will pay the difference over $115, plus shipping and taxes (if applicable). To browse their selection of hair styling tools in advance, please visit their website by clicking here!

Redemption instructions for redeeming your Groupon will be included on your Groupon voucher

Q:

Do you get all of these tools shown? What is the shipping cost and if it varies how do you find out what cost would be??

Tara H.  asked on  Jan 21, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. You do not receive all of the products shown for $15. Instead, the Groupon is for a $115 credit to spend on the NuMe website. You can order the hair tools of your choice, and $115 will be deducted from your order when using the Groupon. You'll pay any difference over $115, plus shipping and any applicable taxes.

For shipping prices, I suggest browsing there website and adding the items you're interested in to your shopping cart. You can then go through steps 1-3 of the checkout process to see what your shipping cost would be. Remember that this is just to get a shipping estimate, and you won't want to complete your order until you've purchased the Groupon. Redemption instructions for placing an order with your Groupon will be included on your Groupon voucher after purchasing.
