Paula was a pleasure to deal with. She was responsive in the booking process and gracious throughout the appointment. Her suite is located in a large, beautifully renovated older building, with parking, and the space itself was nicely decorated, clean, calming and comfortable. I have not availed myself of many facials in the past, so I am at somewhat of a loss in terms of comparison. But I could not have been more pleased with the service I received, which included a variety of techniques and treatments for the facial, an arm/hand and neck/shoulder massage, and some helpful advice and product samples.
