I tried to schedule my appointment only to find out the merchant had mistakenly marked it as redeemed. When I spoke with the owner she told me “Your voice is familiar, and I know I did your hair already”—not true. Then she went on to say “Someone is playing games with me”. She called me back the next day and said it was a mistake—no apologies. I want a refund. She will not do it. DO NOT BUY!
