A:

You can go to the website: nwbbqandgrillingschool.com and click on classes. When you see a description of the classes click on Registration -- here a list of all of the classes with dates and times along with the number of students registered for each class will show up. If you have any additional questions you can call 503-332-5900 and a live person will answer your calls. There are about 60 classes scheduled this year with room for 22 to 30 students per class. For the 6 hour classes in the Portland, Vancouver area the classes are held on the weekend. If you have a special need and can not attend a Saturday or Sunday class ... you can attend a Friday class at the school in Seattle .... the school will make special arrangements for this. Kathy

Classes do not start until the last couple of weekends in March.. weather is the main reason.. we used to start the classes earlier.. but nobody really enjoyed standing out in the rain under a cover.. with the wind blowing..... so by starting at the end of March.. we have not had to deal with any severe weather conditions..
