The salon was good and the haircut but the Groupon only works for people with short hair so I was not able to use it and had to pay the 60$ for the haircut.

Beware of the massage service Massager merchant never stated he only provided massage service on Monday and Tuesdays . Didn’t find out until after I paid my money . I was running late to my appointment from 12:45to 2pm.The person stated he will be here until 1pm and when I tried to reschedule he said no and scanned my voucher without providing service. I would like my money back.

This was your second attempt after a last-minute cancellation we rescheduled as a courtesy. For your recent appointment, you were booked for 12:45 PM, and when that time passed without an update, we reached out and learned you’d be late. With a full day of clients and no arrival time given, we unfortunately couldn’t hold the spot. Groupon confirmed the redemption under their policy. We truly value our clients and recommend arriving on time so we can provide the relaxing massage you came for.
