NYPD Pizzeria takes taste buds into custody with a menu of hand-tossed New York–style pizzas, gourmet heroes, and pastas drizzled in homemade sauces. A spiced tomato sauce made in-house simmers between freshly prepared dough and all-natural mozzarella on NYPD’s signature cheese pie ($6.99), which sits along with 15 specialty pizzas named after such New York City landmarks such as Bleecker Street, Staten Island, and the Statue of Liberty's matchbook ($7.99+). Noncircular eats include a mozzarella-smothered lasagna oozing with ricotta, marinara, and succulent meats ($11.99), as well as five law-enforcement-themed calzones ($7.99+). Handheld heroes ensconce hearty hunks of eggplant parmigiana, cheesesteak, and italian meats, which can be served hot, cold, or calibrated to the exact temperature of a drafty attic.
NY Pizza Patrol
As its name suggests, NY Pizza Patrol specializes in Big Apple–style slices. Under the guidance of new ownership, they sling 8-inch to 18-inch pizzas, ranging from the classic meat lover's pie to four different flavors of wings (bbq, hot, medium, and garlic butter). The menu supplements the traditional hand-helds with calzones, heroes, pastas, and other specialties, each of which pair well with cold brews, bottomless fountain sodas, and milk, which grows healthy bones when poured on teeth-planted top soil.
