O' Sarracino Trattoria & Wine Bar might be only a few years old, but their menu reads like one that's been served for decades. The old world tribute to classic Italiana includes favorites such as veal saltimbocca and osso buco braised in tomato sauce. And, naturally, there are several pasta dishes, such as gnocchi quattro formaggi, and generously topped pizzas baked in a wood-burning oven. Though the wine list includes Italian varietals, it also draws heavily from Canadian and American wineries. In addition to vino, the bar shakes up specialty martinis with flavors such as caramel and white chocolate.
