What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
All-beef hot dogs served with your choice of mayo, mustard, ketchup, relish, onions, jalapeños, and sauerkraut. Chili and cheese can be added for an additional charge.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I serve mostly the closing bar crowd. Last year I did a few private parties, and they went great. I am a fat boy and love food. Who do you buy your food from, the fat chef or the skinny one? I thought so.
