I had a salad, my husband had a salad and shrimp & grits. I also had a diet coke. I had a $20 croupon and the bill came to approx. $35.00 but I was told I owed $25.00. It looks as though only $10. was deducted instead of $20 from the bill. I didn't discover this until I got home but didn't want to go back to question this because I did't have time.

we enjoyed it but the service was not the best. I think they were understaffed.

Had a wonderful experience, as always.

What You'll Get

Among ways to start the morning, eating a balanced breakfast is second only to jogging with the sheep you counted the night before. Get your stomach off on the right foot with today's Groupon: for $10, you get $20 worth of all-day breakfast fare, donuts, and coffee at Oak Street Cafe.

Oak Street Cafe's chefs sizzle bacon and scramble eggs from dawn till early afternoon, with menu offerings served beside fresh-baked donuts and hot coffee. The culinary team prepares the Triple Play platter by piling three eggs with bacon, ham, and sausage and complementing them with a choice of potatoes or grits ($9.99). Diners clasp mitts around the egg-and-cheese breakfast sandwich ($5.49) or sink fangs into one of eight omelets and scrambles, such as the ham-, pepper-, and onion-laden Streetcar omelet ($8.99), named to remind diners that forks are like streetcars, in that they were popular during the 1940s and can stop traffic if 100,000 of them are crammed into a busy intersection. Lunchtime guests lick chops in anticipation of a slew of sandwiches, including the Zimpel Street po boy—stuffed with turkey, guacamole, and feta cheese ($7.99). As patrons sidle up to glass-and-wood display cases loaded with fresh pastries and donuts, local musicians tinker with tunes on a piano, a standup bass, and a clown's nose.
