Students in the intro to Fundamentals class safely learn to workout with barbell and other CrossFit equipment, after which they are eligible for a CrossFit membership. Students in the bodyweight movement boot camp work through 60-minute regimens designed to strengthen and tone.

Oakland County CrossFit

The certified coaches at Oakland Country CrossFit draw from a diverse range of disciplines and backgrounds to motivate and push their students to higher levels of fitness. Students work their bodies with a wide range of programs, including traditional yoga, CrossFit classes, Olympic lifting, and personal training. At the 7,000 square-foot gym, students won't find treadmills or step-machines, but they might notice free-weights, tractor tires, and 2,000 square feet of astroturf. CrossFit students build muscles with a high-intensity regimen of scalable exercises, shattering their limitations and goals with calisthentics, kettlebells, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning.

Great place and people and a great way to stay in shape. The workout made me aware of how much my normal workout doesn't do much for my upper body strength. These workouts definitely work the entire body.
