Horrible experience, never buy again any facial thru Groupon, first facial place she want me to pay extra for do my neck, same person is receptionist was the therapist, leave my face to oily never explained what products she used an for what I was very dissatisfied.wasted my time and my money…. Never came back to that place I return to my favorite place SALT & ROOM in Winter Park.

The masseuse was very nice but did not even bother to look up what was included in my massage deal. The massage was more like a caress than anything. The facial would have been okay but for the microdermabrasion she did not put any significant amount of protectant/ lubricant. I really wanted to like the experience but I tipped $20 despite terrible massages and she was very rude about it.
