Tai chi, Pilates, yoga, and non-traditional disciplines such as martial arts to a Brazilian beat known as capoeira are offered. Each class promotes proper alignment of the physical and mental, bestowing a better, more complete awareness of the body. Classes are available Monday through Saturday as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 7:30 p.m., though lunch-hour workouts are only available on Saturdays.
