Q:

If we are home 24/7 live and work out of same location do we need the box or can we try the service without the 24.99 fee to see if we like?

Jeff M.  asked on  Sep 21, 2012

A:

While we do not require that you make more than one purchase, the purpose of the Groupon is geared for customers signing up for our regular service and not just a single use. If you take only one delivery, you will be charged $24.99 for a porch box, and this cannot be waived. In addition, this cannot be part of your Groupon value, so you will be billed the $24.99 which must be paid separately.

Q:

is your milk vat pasturized?

Sheila J.  asked on  Sep 21, 2012

A:

Our milk is not vat pasteurized. We use a traditional HTST (high temperature, short time) method. Please note that this is NOT UHT (ultra high temperature) to which many consumers object.

Q:

Do I have to purchase the porch box? And if not, can I just get this deal without further cost or commitment?

Christine G.  asked on  Sep 21, 2012

A:

You can use your own porch box, but we cannot extend our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee if you do. While we do not require that you make more than one purchase, the purpose of the Groupon is geared for customers signing up for our regular service and not just a single use. If you take only one delivery, you will be charged $24.99 for a porch box, and this cannot be waived.
