- 3 day hassle-free refund guarantee - Free cancellation for up to 3 days after purchase for unredeemed vouchers
- Not valid on Federal Holidays.
- Must be 4 or older.
- Tours are not suitable for pregnant women.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time to check-in.
- 72 hour cancellation policy and 72 hour Booking Amendment policy.
- Full payment retained for any cancellations with in the 72 hour period.
- Reservation dates and times can not be changed within the 72 hour period.
- All participants are required to sign a waiver when checking in for their tour.
- Any minors under the age of 19 will require the signature of an adult, parent, or guardian.
