When booking your appointment, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. Please note that a small deposit will be taken upon booking. The deposit will be applied to your account. The deposit is Non-Refundable. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance we will charge you the amount of the deposit. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice a re-booking fee will be applied. If you reschedule or cancel the appointment with more than 48h notice the deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments. If you need to cancel your Spa Package appointment, please call us 905-239-9772 at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not notify us 48 hours in advance we will charge the amount of your deposit. Should you continuously reschedule, cancel or not show up for your appointments with insufficient notice we will ask for a deposit when booking and you may be charged a re-booking fee. The deposit will be applied to your account. Should you not show for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited. Limit 3 per person(s), may buy 1 additional as gift(s).
