This is a pretty cool small business literally right in their backyard. Great service and she gave us so much grace with extra ride time due to a hiccup on my part. Definitely on my list to do this again!

Great experience. The host was very nice. Thank you again. Nice ride to downtown Tampa to see the river walk, you can jetski to restaurants along the water and also you might see a dolphin. I did. Cheers!

There was a review that stated hidden fees. THEY'RE 100% CORRECT! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Literally just support any other small business on Facebook marketplace or somewhere else where they openly tell you how much they'll charge you. It says in the description insurance isn't covered in the booking. Do they tell you how much it is? No. That's okay, I went to their website and tried to make a booking there to see how much insurance would cost if I made a reservation. It came out to $47 for a 2 hour rental. Keep in mind, that's $47 for the 2 hours, not per hour! The merchant sent me a separate text message to ask me to pay for insurance outside of Groupon probably to avoid fees. That's fine. But the amount they tried to charge me over $90 in insurance fees on the invoice! When confronted they tried to claim it was per hour, which was false and even when referencing their own website they said on their website it says actually it's $52 per hour and they charge a reduced rate per hour. If that were true, then why does the booking only show $47 FLAT for the two hour rental? These guys probably prey on tourists who don't know any better, or those who booked last minute and won't be able to change plans if it turns out they're being taken advantage of so they pay it anyways. If you're trying to dodge Groupon fees, maybe actually state your REAL prices instead of lying. Screenshots attached to show you the groupon page doesn't state how much they'll charge you in insurance just in case they decide to change it later. Also attached is their own website showing the booking rate as well as text conversations which make no sense.

The ad says that the insurance does not include the mandatory insurance. It is written in all capital letters. You chose to use a Groupon which gives you a discount on the booking which is fine and your choice. Our company also offers discounts as well such as booking directly through our website, first responders, and Military discounts. However, I can not provide you two discounts in a single booking. We gave you a choice if you wanted to use the Groupon discount or the website discount and you chose to cancel your booking. You did not even use our services, but yet post a review on how bad our services are all because we would not provide you with a double discount.

Hello, they are not hidden we state in our ads that we require all renters to purchase the insurance that is an extra charge. Sorry to hear you missed that.
