Choose Between Two Options
- $89 for youth summer sports camp from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. June 10–August 9 (a $180 value)

Coaches split campers into age groups of 8–13 and 14–18, then work with the groups to build sport-specific skills, form, and game knowledge through functional-strength workouts. Campers aged 13 and younger focus on bodyweight training, which does not require free weights, whereas those aged 14 and older incorporate weight strength training.
