Owned by husband and wife team Greg and Lindsay Minarik, Oeno Winemaking delights palates by serving fermentation fans six or more selections from its worldwide collection of more than 50 wines. Lindsay and Greg will select bottles of vino based on group preference and availability, with possible options including the slightly tart Cru Austrialian Chardonnay and the award-winning Cellar Classic California Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromatic hints of blackberries and vanilla. Along the way, the owners will provide wine education, imparting knowledge on how the wine is crafted, how to properly taste each selection, and how to make it instinctually bubble by whispering it French poems. Parties of up to 12 can be accommodated in the space and tasters are encouraged to bring their own food. Visitors can also use this tasting as the first step in crafting their own wine, as Oeno Winemaking can assist aspiring beverage purveyors in the mixing, fermenting, and bottling of their own creation.
