What You'll Get
A marriage between two cuisines is preferable to a marriage between two clones of Sylvester Stallone, a process that eventually results in a baby reared on raw egg and meat punching bags. Savor a simpler fusion with today's deal: for $25, you get $50 worth of Asian fusion cuisine at OH Fusion, located a few blocks north of Wrigley Field on Sheridan Road. Buy up to two of today's deal and double your cross-continental food portions. This deal is not valid for delivery or carryout.
OH Fusion serves up a vast bounty of Asian cuisine in a sleek, minimalist interior. After settling down in a jet-black booth, guests can choose from Japanese and Thai cuisine options, such as the restaurant's signature sushi rolls. Silence the bratty whines of hunger pangs with an appetizer of deep-fried calamari ($6) before warming up a snowy summer's day with a bowl of tom yum shrimp soup ($5). Sushi rolls come in a synesthetic rainbow of flavors, such as the dynamite roll ($13), made up of spicy crab stick over fresh yellowtail and tuna, or the California roll ($6), a classic blend of imitation crab meat, avocado, cucumber, and Don Henley coolness.
OH Fusion's kitchen starts churning out delicious edibles at 4 p.m. and stays open until 4 a.m.—ideal for filling out one's frame after the fairy godmother's magical corset disappears at the stroke of midnight. Rice, curry, and noodle dishes also abound at OH Fusion. Spice up a bland palate with red curry ($9), containing your choice of meat, red and green bell peppers, bamboo shoots, green beans, and carrots, or partake in pad see ew ($8), stir-fried flat rice noodles with eggs and Chinese broccoli in sweet soy sauce straight from subterranean soy-sauce rivers.
The prices on OH Fusion's online menu do not reflect the latest prices, which have recently changed. The Western food selections mentioned on the website have also been discontinued.

About OH Fusion
Chef Tim Tinnakorn Viboonchan, after eight years expierience in other restaurants, opened OH Fusion to showcase his repertoire of creative seafood dishes. To back up Tim's pledge to never use frozen ingredients, the kitchen has no microwave, and staff crafts every dish to order from fresh fish such as yellowtail, red snapper, and salmon. In the monochromatic dining room, sushi rolls share table space with steaming bowls of rice and noodles, and patrons practice slam-dunking scoops of wasabi through disk-shaped hanging lamps.
