Yes orders take 5-7 days to process. Shipping time depends on your method of shipping chosen at check out and where the package is shipping to. Mail Innovations shipping time is 7-10 days while UPS Ground is 3-5 business days. We also have expedited shipped methods. Orders placed with expedited shipping receive priority processing.

Due to the high volume of Valentines orders current order processing time is 5-7 business days. Shipping time after processing depends on shipping you selected at checkout. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking # when your order ships. Thank you!

Hello, I have been trying to place my order for a couple of days now and every time I am in the middle of filling out my shipping/billing information, the item gets suddenly removed from my cart and a message shows up saying that my cart is empty. I have tried using different computers and different web browsers and this problem still occurs. Will this be resolved soon? I'd like to place my order as soon as possible so that I can get it in time without paying a lot of extra money on shipping, but this is difficult when it is taking so many days to place the order. Thanks in advance for any help with this.
