We did this oil and vinegar tasting as a Covid date night! It was just us and Ivy, who gave us samples and recommendations. Ivy was friendly, helpful, and had a very upbeat attitude!! It was so fun and nice to get out of the house, dang Covid lockdown!! We ended up with 7 bottles and two surprise bags with all sorts of goodies!! So excited to use everything!! We will definitely be back!

Founded in the Netherlands in 1999, Oil & Vinegar offers customers the chance to experience exciting new tastes. At the Spokane location, a locally and veteran-owned business, visitors choose from more than 50 “on tap” vinegar and olive-oil flavors. The staff makes transporting purchases convenient by selling bottles onsite.
Condiments come in creative flavors, such as garlic EVOO and hibiscus vinegar, and include standouts from Italy, Spain, Greece, France, South Africa, Morocco, and USA. The list is almost as impressive as the number of Oil & Vinegar stores (more than 90) peppered across 13 countries. Guests can sample the oils and vinegars before committing, and stock their cupboards with the shop’s other offerings—appetizers, herbs and spices, pasta, and even serving dishes.
