Oishii Poke
Poke, a Hawaiian staple that’s come ashore to the mainland, is a fusion of Asian flavors with island ingredients. It starts with fresh fish, traditionally tuna, and is paired with a vegetables and a bold dressing. The result is something like sushi, but not in the standard roll form.
At Oishii Poke, there are three ways to eat: in a bowl, in a burrito, or in a salad. Once diners have chosen how, the only decision left to make is what—one of Oishii’s eight signature selections, or they can create their own.
