I did not redeem my coupon. My coupon is set to expire July 1st. Just when I intend to use it it says redeemed on march 16th at 1:04 AM. I need the service or the refund.

Had a detail cleaning set up.., They never showed up!!! Had a appointment for 11-2 , guy didn’t come in so they rebooked me same day around 4 pm… husband waited at home all day…. No one came to door and knocked. But text said they was out front …. Nope didn’t come to our door… tried emailing & calling machine was full.. no email as of today…paid for this back in March 2021

I did like the detailing as a whole, and the inside of my car looks fantastic. I felt like a little more attention to detail could have been given to the outside of the vehicle. I added an exterior wash and wax to the interior detailing that I purchased. After the detailers were finished and left, I was looking over the vehicle and I ran my finger along the hubcap on one of the wheels. I did this because I noticed that they hubcaps looked dirty still. Grime and black dirt came off on my finger. They did a great job for the state that my car was in when they started, I just think that some little details should have been addressed more thoroughly.

Quentin did a great job w my SUV, they work miracles on stains from pets, and really had it looking brand new.
