Love the female instructor. The male instructor can be a little rough around the edges at first (so don't be shocked for your first intro class!) but he really knows his stuff. I feel like I am learning a lot. Great value for the groupon!

Great gym. Has free weights, plenty of room between bags and a full size ring. Instructors are helpful and friendly. Liked it a lot.

Great workout! Dean the morning trainer is awesome. Seriously the only workout that can get me out of bed at 5:30am.

I spend all of my time with Dean because his training hours work best for me. He's a great trainer and I always leave dripping in sweat. I'm sure most or all of the other trainers here are great too.

About Old Skool Fight Sports and Fitness

At Old Skool Fight Sports and Fitness, head coach Rob Pilger has won three Golden Gloves championships in boxing and fought professionally. Nowadays, though, he and his team helm workouts for all levels. Boot camps are taught by National Physique Competitor Erin Brown, who uses her boxing skills and passion for weightlifting to focus on skills more than fighting in the ring, with exercises like jump roping, burpees, and footwork drills. Trainers also lead more advanced training sessions for competitive boxers, along with youth boxing workouts and mixed-martial-arts sessions.
