I thought Olena was pleasant and intelligent.
I must reserve my feeling about how thorough the procedure was until I can see how well the hair grows back.
This was my first time to have a laser treatment, so I have nothing to compare it with. Hopfully the next treatment will go just as well.

The spa is beautiful. Olena is very knowledgeable in what she does. The treatment was very effective. I had my neck line done and after 3 treatments I have had no hair growth for 3 months!! I am very pleased with the results.
