I was looking for a braid shop that I could frequent regularly to start getting my hair braided. They didn't start my hair at the appointment time. I had to wait 45 minutes and they did not use 2 braiders for the entire time. It was nice work, but the lack of consideration for my time will leave me not going back or recommending them. It was hot and there was not air circulation. It seems to be the norm as they were working and then leaving clients to get food and do other things. I was charged more for hair than what was listed on the Groupon. It just wasn't a good experience. I am looking for a braider that does good work and provides good customer service. That was not my experience.
