What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Meditation or "Stillness" segment is integral part of every class; you walk away empowered with "Mindfulness" very important in today's world. It is about experiencing the power of "What Is Within" YOU. It allows you to experience "The Present", "The Now", LOVE , in turn a great way to de-stress.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The healing and restorative nature of the class keeps the clients faithful to the practice. The de-stress component is huge which is self-motivating for every individual.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To show people in practical manner that few minutes of meditation and good breathing habits makes a world of difference in the quality of life. The seed of serving others is the greatest inspiration and privilege.

What do you love most about your job?
That it is really not a job. Love for something that feels so good and makes others feel good has never felt like work.
