This studio is excellent! Sudah is an amazing instructor. As a beginner, she, and every other class member, made me feel welcome and comfortable. The classes are relaxing yet challenging. I would highly recommend Om Wellness Yoga Studio to anyone looking to practice Yoga - from beginner to expert!

About Om Wellness Yoga Studio

Om Wellness Yoga Studio aims to be a fit for both the experienced yogi as well as newcomers to the practice. Owner Sudha Govindan, who has been teaching yoga since 2009, leads a team of qualified instructors in teaching a variety of yoga classes. For beginners, yoga basics focuses on the fundamentals and emphasizes alignment, balance, flexibility, and the use of breath, while more advanced students can try yoga flow, which involves moving from one pose to another and repeating poses in an effort to work the joints and ligaments and tone muscles.
